37 hours per week and a 52 week contract
Salary PO2 point 37-40 £33,136 – £36,153 pa
The Morris Education Trust (MET) is a growing multi-academy trust which currently includes Impington Village College and Witchford Village College, along with a special free school, The Cavendish School, due to open in 2020.
This is rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to work with and support the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer as we grow and develop our Trust. This is a high profile and substantial position which will offer you the opportunity to be involved with project management, compliance and the company secretary role for a growing multi academy trust.
To be successful in this role you must be organised and calm and have a high level of enthusiasm and energy. You must have the following skills:
- A high level of communication and organization skills
- An impeccable eye for detail
- A proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to act with discretion and deal with confidential information
- Able to build rapport and effective relationships with staff and the wider community across the Trust
- MS office proficient
Ideally you will have knowledge of the education sector and an understanding of governance.
